Cory Janssen, co-founded Investopedia.com in 1999 and helped to grow it into one of the web's largest financial sites devoted to investor education. In April of 2007 the company was sold to Forbes Media.

In 2011, Cory co-founded Janalta Interactive, an online publisher of educational websites in a number of industries. His current portfolio of websites include Divestopedia and Techopedia.
